Even if the municipalities themselves are responsible for their markets, the Kosovo Food and Veterinary Agency , is responsible, at the state level, for the well-being and the proper/dignified treatment of animals!

KFVA must take urgent, very urgent measures to stop these horrible torture practices as soon as possible!!!! Whereas, the respective municipalities should realize that the health of the citizens is endangered, enormously!

For all this, there is simply a serious lack of institutional will to improve the situation!
