We filed a criminal complaint against the person who was filmed by knocking a cat to the ground. These actions are abusive actions and must be stopped. 🛑

It is not the first time that in our country or even in the neighboring countries, we see such abusive actions against happen and it is really worrying that these cases are only increasing, and the country’s institutions do not treat them with the seriousness they require. 😔🌍💔

According to some individuals who know the perpetrator, who was reported by “JOQ Albania,” she is a citizen of Kosovo, and we immediately filed a criminal complaint with the hope that the Kosovo Police and the Prosecutor’s Office will take the necessary measures to sanction the author of the criminal offense. 🇽🇰👮‍♀️⚖️

We call on everyone, and especially schools of all levels in Kosovo, to talk to their students and strongly condemn animal abuse in any way. Our society should be educated to help homeless animals because only by helping them, the population of stray animals will decrease and that’s what everyone wants: less dogs and cats on the streets. 📢🏫🐶🐱
