Today we held a meeting with a team of the Municipality of Pristina, where they presented the architectural design plan of the Temporary Care Centre (TCC) of stray animals.
Anyone who has followed us in the last few months, probably knows that the Municipality of Pristina was in the planning of the construction of the TCC of stray animals in Pristina.
This TCC is required by law, under the Administrative Instruction 04/2017 – https://gzk.rks-gov.net/ActDocumentDetail.aspx… – for humane, professional and ethical care and treatment of stray animals.
At this meeting were once again consulted some of the criteria that animal welfare legislation requires in the case of the construction of such centres / clinics.
We are glad and congratulate the team of architects of the Municipality and their officials who have taken full responsibility for the stray animals in Pristina. Without their work and dedication in this regard, the good results wouldn’t happen. Indeed, the good results that would benefit to the stray animals and their well-being and all to all citizens who would feel safer if they know that institutions are taking the management of the stray dog population in Pristina (or even Kosovo) quite seriously.
