Our organization has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the municipality of Ferizaj, for the monitoring of the CNVR project in this municipality, which is expected to start soon.

Through this memorandum, our organization is authorized to monitor the said project and make visits to the center for treatment at any time, including the surgery room. Our organization will also engage experts from the veterinary field to observe the work of veterinarians.

We congratulate the municipality of Ferizaj for choosing a cooperative and transparent approach in this project and for being open to civil society to monitor the progress of this project.

The winner of this project is the economic operator “Goni”, which is not known for transparent work and in fact, in the project of the municipality of Pristina, has hindered the work of our organization several times for documenting the condition of dogs hospitalized in the treatment center. Therefore, we call on every activist and animal lover in Ferizaj to be vigilant and report any irregularities in the treatment of dogs using the CNVR method. We also call on the community to photograph dogs in their neighborhoods.

We remind you that according to Administrative Instruction (MAFRD) 02/2023, each shelter and center for CNVR is obliged to be open for visitors for at least 4 hours a day, every day of the week. So, every citizen can visit the center during visiting hours, to see the condition of treated dogs.
