Invited to the debate about stray dogs in Kosovo in # KallxoPërnime, was also Elza Ramadani, founder of the Animal Rights Foundation in Kosovo.

In this debate we have mentioned all our findings about the (non) engagement of the responsible institutions to address this issue with the seriousness that it requires.

The lack of sustainable projects to deal with this problem has led the responsible institutions to fail to protect animal rights and human rights (as citizens have been attacked and are afraid to walk freely).

Our state has no time to lose in terms of solving this problem, but all responsible institutions must be seriously engaged for the sake of animal welfare, and for the sake of human health and safety.
